Zidane vs Italia

As soon as I thought about this project, my mind reminds me of that game and that particular moment.
I was a teenager, France was killing it, summer was going crazy, Zidane was in his ABSOLUTE prime (the comp of his game against Brazil is reaching 7M views on YouTube, nearly 20 years after), everything seems like a perfect match for a big win, but it didn’t go that way.

When your team is that good, losing a World Cup final on a penalty is wild (the first one who speaks about what happen in Qatar will get blocked), and, a lot of people blamed Zidane for what happened. I myself used to be kind of bitter with the fact that we will never know how the game would have been if he was still there.

But the more the years pass, the more I understand that we are all humans, with sensitivity, principles and weakness, and particularly Zidane, that we can see crying in ITW everytime he speaks about his family.

And damn it, a headbutt in the front of the whole world, for you last game ever, ain’t nobody who can tell that this outing doesn’t have something romantic !
